Like for example right now, a person came in and she started to help them look for a book (we're Librarians at a Public Library). And she asked me what Dewey Decimal Classification would it fall under, I said I "Fiction" and then she slowly walks away pretending that she is looking for some information, and leaves the person standing there, expecting me to help them (which I had no choice) and the gentleman says to me "Geesh, she was helpful!"
